I have had a great time making Proverbs Bible Study for Kids Packs 1 & 2 . It has been a joy to share how I studied Proverbs with my boys, drawing contrasting pictures because Proverbs is full of such vivid imagery!
I created Proverbs Chapter 10 Bible Study for Kids – to help parents memorize and learn “verse by verse” each day throughout the entire chapter. The other studies (Pack 1 & 2) picked 1 verse from chapters 10-22. Yet Chapter 10 truly kicks off the contrast verses.

Start the month with a new bible study. Start a new practice of drawing imagery. Print one page for your children and one for you. Compare pictures. The most important tip I can share — discussion! Talk about the verse first before you draw pictures. Make sure students understand all the words, by definition or biblical context.
I asked questions. What does hatred look like? What does a heavy heart look like? What does love look like? Drawings do not have to be contest worthy, but show the verse clearly. I tried very hard to avoid naming names, or drawing siblings. That would definitely be foolish and stir up strife!
