When my youngest was in 6th grade, Classical Conversations Masters Class, he sang a fun Presidents Song to memorize the presidents in order. I purchased resource cards for games and memorization help. He loved quizzing us on which president was part of which party. Needless to say, I wasn’t very good at getting the earlier guys correct.
This is about as close to the president – any president – we’ve ever gotten. DC trip of 2010. Missing teeth, goofy grin – not suspicious at all!
United States Presidents Pack
This pack has 46 president pages. Each president listed in order (with the exception of Cleveland – only has one page). The pages list: birth, state, death, party, 5 interesting facts & I started the first one with years in office. Plus a portrait box and a Quotes / Awards box.
You will need an online resource or biography to discover the interesting facts. We always enjoyed the Who Was Series, but Cool Kid Facts website offers a quick scroll. Read the biographies and fill in the blanks. 3-hole punch into a Civics, Government, and History Notebook!
