Another month and another opportunity to pray for 31 mom friends. Pray for Moms has been such a joy!
After I drop off my oldest at high school I have a quiet ride home to lift up a mom friend. This month I’ve learned of a friend’s husband being diagnosed with cancer.
Another mom friend has been acting as a single mom to 3 children while her husband works out of state.
Another mom has been dealing with her son’s disobedience and having to send him to military school.
There are so many needs even in our small circle of friends. Sometimes we just don’t know what we can do. “I’ll pray for you” should not be something we just casually say. Prayer should be the first thing we are committed to do!
“True prayer is neither a mere mental exercise nor a vocal performance. It is far deeper than that – it is spiritual transaction with the Creator of Heaven and Earth.” Charles Spurgeon
