Language Arts Knights Pack

Ready for a heroic adventure? Teaching Language Arts Skills can definitely feel like a battle – so I created these free packs to help.

If you are a Classical Conversations homeschooler you definitely know the 8 Parts of Speech song! It’s something that has been etched into my brain. I love singing for memorization, but I love writing and 3-hole punching work much more! I feel like we’ve “done” something for the day. If you’re anything like me – you’ll appreciate these free packs.

8 Parts of Speech Language Arts Pack.

After the generic pack was created, I thought it would be fun to create “themed” packs for my homeschoolers. My boys loved all things action packed for a season, so what better way to describe a knight than filling out free worksheets to hammer home language arts skills?! I know worksheets are not “classical education” and I’m okay with that! Anything to help!

Enjoy this 8 Parts of Speech Language Arts Knights Pack!

Knight Pack Language Arts

Like all of my other Language Arts Packs this KNIGHTS PACK helps students Practice Parts of Speech, Short Story Writing, and offers a Knights Word Bank full of gallant, noble, and merciless words to help every young writer compose a fearless short story. The boys were rewarded with some M&M Fun Packs whenever they casually used a word from the word bank. My boys loved these packs and I hope your knights will too!

Be sure to print our updated Instead Of Synonym Posters – every short story requires exciting words. Replace the familiar: nice, said, good, and bad!

Language Arts & Art

Looking to add art to language art lessons? Why not – it sure does make it more fun! We always enjoyed adding a little bit of Chalk Pastel Art to the day after short story writing as a “cover” for the stories. This Medieval Lesson offers plenty for the knight and princess fans.
