3 Healthy Habits for Homeschool Moms

I love new things. If you’re homeschooling your 1st year or your 10th we can always start a NEW HEALTHY HABIT!

But I’m going to share some OLD advice you already know! You’ve heard it all before, so it’s time to pick it back up. It’s time to do what we know friend!

3 Healthy Habits for Homeschool Moms.

  1. POSITIVE ATTITUDE! If you need some time alone, a walk, fresh air, dad joke, or a hot bath – do it! A positive attitude changes so much. A smile spreads across our face and let me tell you – it’s easier to homeschool with a smile than a scowl!
  2. WATER. Can we just all agree 90% of us are dehydrated and it’s just our stubbornness that leads to it? We don’t want to be stuck in the bathroom all day. So we’d rather become a storehouse for toxins? Drink your water! It helps with staying healthy, passing germs before they grow, pretty skin, less migraines, and less bloated water retention! Drink your coffee. For the love of better mornings – keep drinking your coffee. Then add a few glasses of H2O throughout your day. O.K?
  3. PRAYER. I am a big advocate for prayer. If you’re not praying you’re paying. Put God first in the morning. Put God last in the evening. Give God control of your homeschool, schedule, marriage, and parenting. Start praying again! I prayed for face-to-face quality relationships and God has placed me in two groups of amazing women!
